PHASE #1
In January 2014, TTHC had acquired a five bedroom house (photo above), on two and a three quarter acres in the vicinity of Wallerfield on a Rent-to-own mortgage contract.

Updated - (27th March, 2017) Praise the Lord that the Trinidad and Tobago Hope Centre is now mortgage free. Special thanks to the faithful men and women which has continually supported us to see this phase completed.

PHASE #2
Constructing of a Wall Fence around the 2 ¾ acres perimeters to provide security for our children, workers and animals – Estimate material cost - TT$195,061.20
PHASE #3
To extend our capacity to serve more women and children, in order to avoid having to turn anyone away.
PHASE #4
Purchase a Caravan vehicle for the transporting of our goods to the supermarkets, and earmarked businesses. Price range TT$85,000.00
Erection of two additional chicken pens (automatic) supporting Broilers Chickens, this will also be a part of our program to provide produce for the Centre as well as, continue to support the Centre to be self-sufficient and to create training opportunities for our guest in the chicken rearing area.
Estimation – TT$320,000.00
